Welcome to the Morehead Old Time Music Festival
For eleven years, the Morehead Old Time Music Festival has been run by volunteers. Each year, different volunteers dedicated their time to plan, organize, and execute the festival. We are incredibly appreciative of the time and energy our volunteers have shared. There have been years where we had an abundance of volunteers and other times when we were fortunate enough to have a festival with minimal help.
This year, unfortunately, there has not been enough available volunteers to put on a quality production. We are financially sound and look forward to a 2018 festival.
For anyone interested in being apart of the 2018 organizing committee let us know through Messenger or our email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Located on the spacious Jaycee’s farm about a mile east of downtown Morehead, the Morehead Old Time Music Festival is an unique display of the diverse culture in this region of the Appalachian Mountains. Come celebrate Old Time music in the heart of the Daniel Boone National Forest and don’t forget your instruments because there will be a lot of jamming.
